She was the agent I ever had. No matter how picky I got, she was always looking out for me and my demands. I would recommend her to anyone. No matter how many times I had said no about a house, I was never put under any pressure, ment to feel guilty about it. She always stayed in contact with me, and consistently sent properties that I would be interested in. It took years for me to find a house, and she never gave up, when she tells you she has you believe it.

Heather was fantastic in helping me to land me my 1st home. She is professional, knowledgeable and took effort to understand my needs to find a place that suited me. She provided me with great advice when needed and that was key in helping me not over paying just because I liked a place. I never felt rushed to make a decision and we put in an offer only if my criteria was met. She took initiate to gather information from various sources, so that I always had a competitive offer. She also provided great contacts with respect to lenders, contractors and inspectors. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Heather was absolutely awesome to work with. Right away, she was hard at work to find us the best options for our budget. Heather was always available and extremely quick on response time. As a first time home buyer, she was extremely helpful along the way explaining everything. Extremely helpful in estimating value and giving great advice on sale price. Highly recommend!

Heather is an outstanding agent. I would say my favorite part about my experience working with Heather has been the lighthearted searching. Heather has the ability to take the stress out of the home searching and closing situations which is incredible. She responded to all of the questions that I had in a timely fashion.
